Data Dashboards
Do you have information you need but can't always get to timely or easily? Is it in a SQL server, on your corporate main-frame or even in a logic controller running your packaging machine. We have worked with our customers to setup, create and give them the ability to get the information they need for all these places. Often the people just need a simple spreadsheet but need it to be dynamic or created on demand. Some users need a graphic interface for quick glance or control. We have used:
Industrial Programming
At the KLN Group we have over 20 years experience in South Florida workings with end users, OEMs and manufacturers. This includes small programming changes to new programs on small equipment to large machines, from prototypes to retrofits.
Project & Process Management
We have worked with companies and their departments to both map existing process, review and implement new processes to maximize efficiencies.
Doing this we have been called upon to be the Project Manager for these projects. This has ranged from implementing new processes to complete ERP systems.
Drone Photography
One of our more recent additions to our services is Drone Photography. We're sorry, but at this time we do not do inspections. However if you need aerial photography we can help. Whether photographing commercial project or homes for real estate give us a call.
Trouble-Shooting
Many of out clients cannot afford a fully training maintenance staff. Yet in the 21st century it is now common to have automated equipment on the plant floor. Boxing, Pallet Wrapping, Conveyors, Ovens, Wrappers, Pumping Stations, all of these have a PLC and HMI but what happens when something stops running. Well honestly the problem is seldom the PLC but using the PLC is often the fastest way to diagnose, identify and resolve the problem.

Electrical Principles
The KLN Group began in the south Florida market as electricians. From there and with the help of our customers we branched out into manufacturing support, programming, back-office support and so on. But our roots were from the electrical trade. In Electrical Principles and Practices we can provide a structured learning environment with text books, work books, CD ROMs and the necessary knowledge and presenter to work with you and your maintenance team.
PLC Training
Whether you would like a custom course, Basics of PLCs or Trouble Shooting and Maintenance we will work with you to design training focused on your needs. Our courses are primarily designed for smaller groups with more personal attention.
